This Prosciutto Crudo is produced by the Marini company in an artisanal way. The meats come from 100% Italian pigs from the Po Valley and are then salted and aged for 18 months in appropriate cellars that breathe the air of the Carnic Alps and the natural aromas from juniper berries and other mountain herbs that are dried in the same rooms as the aging process. It is a boneless ham excellent for the slicer but can also be positioned on a clamp to be cut with a knife.

Its accentuated pink color with a beautiful grain and an elegant marbling. The meat is soft and very readily dissolves on the palate. A noble cured meat for deluxe appetizers, paired with classic method sparkling wines and structured white wines. It is also excellent cut with a knife and slowly savored until the complete dissolution of the meat on the palate.
