Riccardo Maira and Antonino Anzalone are two young nisseni from San Cataldo who are conquering the world of Italian craft beer thanks to their new project started only a year and a half ago. Two great homebrewing experiences that have combined to offer a new message of high quality, drinkability, and substantial organoleptic characteristics. Their beers are characterized by great pleasantness and manage to appeal to everyone without excessive aromatic overstructures. Riccardo and Antonino have produced a Golden Ale that fully respects the characteristics of this type. A success that is making them known even outside their beautiful island of the sun. Soon, other beer types like stout will also be ready, for which the first tests are already being tasted. We are truly proud to have them among us! Light beer with high fermentation, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and refermented in the bottle. This is a very balanced beer with a nice combination of honeyed notes from the malts that blend with the more refreshing and aromatic notes from the hops. A very fresh and appealing bouquet with a moderate bitterness in the tasting finish that makes it easier for all palates and definitely thirst-quenching. The flavor evolves over time and represents the true hallmark of a unique product that does not allow for homogenization and standardization. A true craft beer, as the name suggests. Excellent for all day as a refreshing drink and intriguing salted appetizers, particularly with raw fish, Sicilian red prawns, and mazancolle. Pleasant with delicate cold cuts, Parma DOP, and San Daniele DOP. Great with medium-aged goat and cow cheeses, such as Montasio DOP and Robiola di Roccaverano DOP. It also pairs perfectly with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP.
