Roncha IGT magnum
The Roncha IGT is a white wine whose grapes are cultivated in vineyards located at various altitudes of the volcanic hill of Roncà (from which the original name Roncha derives) ranging from 250 meters for Garganega to 500 meters for Trebbiano.
It is composed of: 50% Garganega (of which 5% from dried grapes for 5/6 months), 20% Pinot Grigio, 20% Trebbiano from Soave, 10% Durella.
PROCESSING
To create the Roncha IGT, harvesting begins in late September for Trebbiano from Soave and Garganega and continues in mid-October for Durella. The grapes are hand-picked, transported, and processed on the same day. Fermented and matured using various methodologies: from stainless steel containers to oak barrels.
