Characteristics

The Bianco della Seta Curtefranca DOC is one of the flagship products of the Monzio Compagnoni company. Its composition is: 100% Chardonnay grapes. Aged on the lees for a year, it undergoes a further year of aging in the bottle before being released for sale. Its alcohol content is 13°.

Curtefranca DOC Silk White 750ml: use in the kitchen

The Bianco della Seta Curtefranca DOC in a 750ml bottle perfectly accompanies very flavorful fish dishes such as gurnard and blue fish in general. Excellent also with a fish soup. Interesting also with white meats, preferably with robust flavors.

Tasting

The color is dense and shiny golden yellow. The aroma is complex, expressed in a rich range of ripe fruits and aromatic herbs (rosemary) around the prevailing note of vanilla; powerful. The predominant flavor is a long saltiness, enveloped around the soft vanilla and a seductive balsamic sensation: complete. The optimal serving temperature is around 12 degrees.
