Tasting
The color is intense pink with glowing red highlights. The aroma is sweet and of good intensity, with floral notes of rose and raspberry in the foreground, followed by cherry and tomato leaf. The taste is soft on the palate, balanced and refreshingly pleasant with a savory finish featuring mineral tones. It almost resembles a red for its complexity and richness of aromas. The optimal serving temperature is around 10 degrees.
