The Gran Baby goat caciotta is a semi-hard table cheese with a slight eye, made entirely from goat's milk.
Produced with a short aging period of about 45-60 days, it has a non-edible smooth rind that is light yellow in color. Very rich in calcium, making it suitable for the little cheese lovers. It has a distinct typical flavor, yet at the same time delicate, with a firm and white paste.
