The Casicavaddro, which in the dialect of Avellino is the caciocavallo, is the pride of Azienda Agricola La Bruna Alpina. The dairy in Montella relies exclusively on the prized milk from the Bruna breed for the production of its products.
An intriguing cheese, with a well-defined flavor, aged on average for 6 months, tied and hung in pairs inside refrigerated cells. Soft and creamy, it has a beautiful aftertaste due to the high-quality natural forage with which the animals are fed.
