The Casicavaddro, which in the dialect of Avellino is the caciocavallo, is the pride of the La Bruna Alpina Farm. The dairy in Montella focuses exclusively on the prized cow's milk from the Brown breed for its product production.
An intriguing cheese, with a well-defined flavor, aged an average of 6 months, tied and hung in pairs inside refrigerated cells. Soft and creamy, it has a beautiful aftertaste due to the high-quality natural fodder that feeds the animals.
