The Nababbo di capra from CasArrigoni is part of a range of products made with only goat's milk from selected farms and that are aged and packaged in Val Taleggio.

In fact, this delicacy is a similar Taleggio made, however, with goat's milk, instead of cow's milk. With a semi-soft texture, it is very creamy, sweet, rich, and has a robust saltiness on the palate.

The Goat Nababbo (which we present on this page in a 500-gram portion) is perfect with a crunchy loaf and a good glass of dry and slightly aromatic white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.

La crosta lavata, è sottile, di colore che va dal rosato al giallo-bruno. La pasta è cremosa ed elastica, color bianco tendente al paglierino, fonde in bocca.
Sapore dolce e ricco, intenso senza rinunciare al retrogusto caprino.
