The Nababbo di capra by CasArrigoni is part of a range of products made with only goat's milk from selected farms, and is aged and packaged in Val Taleggio.

In fact, this delicacy is a similar Taleggio but made with goat's milk instead of cow's milk. With a semi-soft texture, it is very creamy, sweet, rich, and has a full-bodied flavor on the palate.

Goat Nabab 200g: use in the kitchen

The Nababbo di capra (which we present here in a 200-gram portion) is perfect with a crunchy loaf and a good glass of dry, slightly aromatic white wine like Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.

It is an excellent ingredient for risottos, but it works perfectly in a warm savory pie with caramelized onions and a floral pint of Blond Ale.

Al palato il tipico gusto della capra è subito individuabile ma la nota di amaro è piuttosto mitigata.
La crosta lavata, è sottile, di colore che va dal rosato al giallo-bruno. La pasta è cremosa ed elastica, color bianco tendente al paglierino, fonde in bocca.
Sapore dolce e ricco, intenso senza rinunciare al retrogusto caprino.
