It is a true product of excellence made with an invaluable raw material! Purchasing this Parmigiano Reggiano DOP means contributing to “saving” the Modenese White breed that the FAO has classified as an endangered species. 

This Parmigiano Reggiano DOP from Modenese White Cows is aged for at least 30 months, and it is a cheese whose paste is light straw yellow in color, with a meticulously grainy structure that easily breaks into flakes. The rind is slightly oily and of natural straw yellow color.
