The log-shaped cheese is typically made from goat's milk, but this is a Cow Log, made with 100% cow's milk. It's an artisanal cheese produced in the heart of Val Passiria in the Natural Park of the Dolomites.
Very creamy and soft, it is characterized especially by its very regular structure and melting quality like butter. Its rind is tender and thin, with light whitish molds.
The Cow Log (which we present here in a 1kg portion) is great to enjoy in the summer for its freshness. Elegant to present at important dinners, the Cow Log promises to delight both the eyes and the palate.
