The log-shaped cheese is typically made from goat's milk, but this is a Cow Log, made with 100% cow's milk. This artisanal cheese is produced in the heart of the Val Passiria in the Natural Park of the Dolomites.
Very creamy and soft, it is especially characterized by its very regular and buttery melting structure. Its crust is tender and thin, with slight whitish molds.
