The Bauce Nougat, respecting the famous secret recipe from Cologna dating back to the early 19th century, is made just as it was back then with the highest quality and craftsmanship; in fact, it is handmade and consists of only four ingredients: the largest grade almonds, acacia honey, sugar, and egg white, without preservatives or colorants.
