The Egg Durum Wheat Tagliatelle by Pasta Santoni are a type of long pasta made artisanally with 100% natural and non-GMO ingredients from the Marche region. The pasta is made using traditional manual methods.
Using genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is entirely different from others in terms of color, flavor, and aroma.
The Tagliatelle are processed using the Santoni method: bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Tagliatelle a rough texture and porosity so that they can better hold sauces.
