Soft dough with prolonged rising of at least 30 hours (maximum 48) using natural yeast. Made with fresh eggs, artisanal candied fruit made from candied peels of Italian oranges and sugar.
Ingredients: flour of wheat type 0, fresh eggs category A, sugar, butter, raisins, candied fruit (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural yeast, peels of Italian lemons, vanillin, salt.
Ingredienti: farina di grano tenero tipo 0, uova fresche di cat. A, zucchero, burro, uvetta passa, canditi (buccia d'arancia, sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, zucchero), lievito naturale, bucce di limoni italiani, vanillina, sale.
Allergeni: glutine, uova, lattosio. Prodotto in un laboratorio che utilizza anche sesamo e frutta a guscio.
