The capsule coffee Women’s Project Colombia by Coffee Hat is a "specialty coffee," as it is part of a solidarity project in Colombia and produced exclusively for the European market in farms managed solely by local women, thus promoting gender equality and social benefits.
A choice of quality and an ethical and sustainable purchase. This project aims to achieve the following objectives: education, access to medical care, dignified housing, and sustainable cultivation. The coffee is 100% Arabica grown in Inza, in the Cauca region of Colombia, at 1850 meters above sea level. Once harvested, it undergoes a process called "washed," where the beans are washed and naturally sun-dried. Subsequently, a medium-dark roast is performed.
