The aroma of freshly cut hay, soft summer breeze: this is truly his beloved Vento d'Estate, a cheese capable of providing a warm experience.

This incredible sheep's cheese offers flavors that are appreciated and satisfy even the most demanding palates.

The fermentation in barrel with hay for over two months gives a grassy color to the rind, uneven and natural.
Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and aged for at least 5 months.

Tasting
