This Session IPA by FACCIdabere is a craft beer that will surprise you: complex, refined, fresh, and delightful. An American-style beer with a low alcohol content (4.5%), top-fermented, unpasteurized, and unfiltered.
A beer with a slender body and a hazy straw color. The aroma is fresh, citrusy, and sharp, with a hint of white fruit, accompanied by a delicate note of grapefruit. The spirit remains strong, with a pleasant bitterness and a dry finish.
FACCIdabere is the brand of a young girl from Verona, Silvia Facci, who is one of the first 17 female beer producers in Italy. A completely feminine interpretation of the craft brewing world.
The Session IPA by FACCIdabere (which we present here in a 500ml bottle) is a perfect beer for an aperitif.
With its intense flavor and low alcohol content, it definitely brightens up the moments before a meal. It pairs excellently with a platter of Venetian cured meats. Even better when combined with young but strong-flavored cheeses, such as aged blue cheeses. A great pairing example is the Blu 61, covered in red cranberries. It’s also enjoyable alongside a grilled dish. Its fruity notes encourage you to try it even at the end of the meal, perhaps with some Modica chocolate or, even better, with a cheese Blu Dominik aged in rum and cocoa.
