The BIO Turmeric Fusilli gluten-free by Pasta d'Alba, to fully appreciate the taste of the flour, we recommend eating them with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, preferably Sicilian, while respecting the indicated cooking times. Otherwise, we suggest pairing them with particularly thick and creamy sauces, such as Genovese pesto. They are also great with melted cheese creams.
