The BIO Gluten-Free Black Bean Fusilli from Pasta d'Alba is a delightful and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made solely from black bean flour, rich in fiber, vitamins, especially from the B group, and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and selenium. It is also high in protein and is therefore widely used in vegan diets, and it also features a low glycemic index, making it ideal for diabetic diets.
Pasta d'Alba slowly dries its product at low temperatures for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutrients. The resulting pasta is nutritious and easier to digest.
