The Tricolor Organic Corn Fusilli gluten-free by Pasta d'Alba is a tempting and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made with only corn flour, rich in vitamins, especially B1, B12, the famous folic acid, and C, as well as fiber. It also has a low glycemic index, making it particularly suitable for diabetic diets.
Pasta d'Alba slowly dries its product at low temperature for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutritional principles. The resulting pasta is nutritious and easier to digest.

Otherwise, as a side, we suggest delicate vegetable sauces, particularly artichokes and peas. They are also very good with porcini mushrooms or with a sauce based on walnuts.
