The Rice and Quinoa Fusilli BIO gluten-free by Pasta d'Alba are a tempting and fun idea to serve at the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made with rice flour, rich in vitamin B complex, especially B6, B3, B2, and B1, followed by vitamin E, fiber, and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc. It also has a low lipid content, making it particularly suitable for low-fat diets, but also a quite high amount of protein. Additionally, there is a smaller percentage of quinoa flour, a natural source of iron, protein, and high in phosphorus.
Pasta d'Alba slowly dries its product at low temperature for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutrients. The resulting pasta is nutritious and more digestible.

The BIO gluten-free Rice and Quinoa Fusilli by Pasta d'Alba are best enjoyed with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, preferably from Sicily, to fully appreciate the flavor of the flour. Alternatively, they can be paired with various sauces, especially with fish, such as shrimp and zucchini. They are also very good with more oriental seasonings like spiced meat and vegetables.
