The BIO Tricolor Rice Fusilli from Pasta d'Alba are a tempting and fun idea to bring to the table for a healthy first course, completely organic and gluten-free. This pasta is made with rice flour, rich in vitamin B group, especially B6, B3, B2, and B1, followed by vitamin E, fiber , and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc. It also has a low fat content, making it particularly suitable for low-fat diets, but also a quite high amount of protein.
Pasta d'Alba slowly dries its product at low temperature for 16-18 hours to allow the pasta to have important organoleptic characteristics and valuable nutritional principles. The pasta that results is nutritious and more digestible.
