The Must of Moscato El Caliè from the Azienda Agricola Borgo Maragliano is a grape must of the highest quality, produced with the extraordinary Moscato white grapes from Canelli grown in the hills of Loazzolo, in the province of Asti, in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe. The production process is as simple as possible since the grape must is partially fermented, creating a product full of aromas and absolutely alluring.
This grape must is characterized by an intense straw-yellow color, with golden highlights. The aroma is intense and broad, supported by delightful notes of fresh fruit. The taste is pleasant and presents a good acidity balanced with the sweetness imparted by the flavors of apricots and nectarines.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
The Moscato Must El Caliè from the Borgo Maragliano Agricultural Company is ideal for pairing with all fruit-based desserts.
