The Ubi Maior Dry Red Wine from Dried Grapes by Tenuta Pederzana is a high-quality dry red wine, produced from dried grapes grown in Castelvetro, a small town in the province of Modena nestled in the hills at the foot of the Apennines.
This wine is characterized by an intense and mature purple-red color. The aroma is complex and enveloping: it opens with a pleasant note of cherry in spirits with balsamic notes, raisins, and dried plum, finishing with delightful notes of sweet tobacco and cocoa.
The taste is rich, powerful, broad, and exciting, with sweet and noble tannins, well balanced by the glycerin roundness and the alcoholic warmth that this wine is capable of offering with absolute elegance.

The Ubi Maior Dry Red Wine from Dried Grapes of Tenuta Pederzana is ideal for pairing with roasts, wild game, stews, and braises.
However, it pairs perfectly with Parmigiano Reggiano and aged cheeses in general. It is absolutely worth trying with dark chocolate as well.
The ideal serving temperature is around 17-18° C, and the recommended glass type is a tall and wide red wine glass which, allowing the wine to breathe, gives the aromas the opportunity to release their full intensity.
