The Champagne Brut Cuvée Grand Assemblage by Jeeper is a high-quality champagne, produced with extraordinary grapes from as many as thirty-seven vineyards throughout Champagne, the famous region in the northeast of France. This wine is characterized by a brilliant golden color. The aroma evokes fruity notes and a slight hint of toasting. The taste, on the other hand, is persistent and lingers on the refined notes of exotic fruits. The texture is creamy and features an excellent perlage with small and persistent bubbles.

The Champagne Brut Cuvée Grand Assemblage by Jeeper is ideal for an aperitif but also for accompanying main courses based on meat and vegetables such as, for example, the guinea fowl roll and zucchini.
It is really excellent with shellfish, especially with marinated lobster. The ideal serving is done at a temperature of about 10° C and the type of glass recommended is the classic flûte, small and tapered.
