The Champagne Brut Cuvée Grand Rosé by Jeeper is a high-quality rosé champagne, produced with the extraordinary grapes from eleven white vineyards and one red vineyard from different areas of Champagne, the renowned region in the northeast of France. This wine is one of the rare extra-Italian exceptions on our portal, a French excellence known all over the world that deserves to be tasted and adored.
This wine is characterized by a bright light pink color. The aroma features a fruity and floral scent reminiscent of rose and peony. The taste, on the other hand, is refined and complex, soft and fresh with aromatic notes of red fruits, particularly reminiscent of late cherries. It presents a very elegant perlage, persistent and with small bubbles.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
The Champagne Brut Cuvée Grand Rosé by Jeeper is ideal for an aperitif but also for pairing with main courses based on meat and vegetables like, for example, the rack of lamb with potatoes.
It is also really excellent with fish, for example with a simple yet tasty red mullet fillet with vegetables.
The ideal serving is at a temperature of about 8-10° C and the recommended type of glass is a tulip-shaped glass, tall enough to allow the bubbles to develop, thus allowing the aromas to express themselves to the fullest.
