It has precise organoleptic characteristics; in fact, the color is ruby red when young, with tendencies towards garnet red after the aging process. On the nose, there is a characteristic intense wine scent. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, with fairly pronounced acidity and slightly tannic.
