Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Jeroboam

The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG from the Azienda Agricola Fattori is a high-quality dry red passito wine, produced from the extraordinary grapes grown in the vineyards located in Valpolicella, an area of the province of Verona that includes the municipalities of Fumane, Marano di Valpolicella, Negrar, San Pietro in Cariano, and Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, although other areas are also identified that are not considered "classical," such as in this case, the Val d'Illasi.

This still black wine is characterized by a garnet red color and a very pronounced typical aroma. The full, warm, and velvety taste presents aromatic notes of ripe fruit, cherry jam, and raspberries.

This is the Jeroboam bottle with a content of 3000ml, perfect for all those special occasions when the company is larger.

Alcohol content: 16% vol.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Jeroboam: use in the kitchen

The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG from the Azienda Agricola Fattori is perfect with cold season foods, such as braised meats, slow-cooked dishes, stews, roasts, but especially with game. However, it also pairs perfectly with cured meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Veronese dishes such as "pasta e fasoi" and the same Amarone risotto. The ideal serving temperature is around 18°C, perhaps pouring the wine into a decanter that allows for adequate oxygenation, a process that enhances its organoleptic properties. The type of glass recommended for appropriate serving is a very large red wine glass, which, by allowing the wine to breathe, gives the aromas a chance to unleash their full intensity.
