The Cabernet Sauvignon Ronco Calaj from Cantine Russolo is a high-quality red wine, produced from the extraordinary grapes grown in the Ronco Calaj vineyard, located in the wide flat area of San Quirino, a small municipality in the province of Pordenone in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Ronco Calaj is indeed the first and also the largest vineyard of this producer.
This wine is characterized by a red color with purple reflections. The aroma is intense, elegant, and pleasantly fruity; it also features vegetal aromatic notes typical of Cabernet. The taste is full and overall presents an excellent structure.
Alcohol content: 12.5-13% vol.
The Cabernet Sauvignon Ronco Calaj from Cantine Russolo is ideal for pairing with both white meats and red meats. It's also truly excellent with medium-aged cheeses and the great cured meats of the rich Italian charcuterie tradition. The ideal serving temperature is around 16-18° C, and the recommended type of glass is a wide bowl glass with a closing rim.
