The Scallops in Sea Cucumber Sauce from Portomar are truly extraordinary! This Spanish excellence product is prepared using only premium quality scallops from the characteristic Galician rías, narrow and long inlets that penetrate the coast, located precisely in Galicia, in northwestern Spain.
Once caught, the scallops are then hand-cleaned to be canned with a delicious sauce made with the same mollusk, also known as sea cucumber, sunflower oil, onion, wine, tomato, rice flour, various spices, and a pinch of salt.
Ingredients: scallops (45%), sunflower oil (35%), onion (7%), wine (7%), tomato (3%), rice flour (2%), spices (0.5%), and salt (0.5%).
