The Birra Pagus Schwarzbier from the Birra della Valpolicella company is a dark lager.
Its aroma is delicate and intoxicating with notes of roasted and caramel malts reminiscent of chocolate and cappuccino.
On the palate, the fullness of Carafa malt is appreciated, but with a dry and refreshing finish. The taste then evolves in the mouth, giving way to the flavor of dark chocolate well balanced with traditional German hops.
