Alladium Passito di Caluso DOC, a sweet white wine produced from selected clusters of only Erbaluce, expresses the synthesis of tradition and modernity on which the philosophy of the producing company is based.
A wine of ancient gold and brilliant color, with an enveloping aroma of raw honey and candied lemon, aromatic and musky. The flavor is sweet and at the same time fresh on the palate. The structure is solid and voluminous. Just warm, it is not heavy, but velvety in the mouth, with a pleasant hint of final freshness.
It is a new concept passito, with a contained sweetness and limited maderization, ideal to pair with pâté, terrines, and blue-veined cheeses, fresh pastries, and dried fruit. It is a wine for meditation or an unusual aperitif!
