The Red Lentil Twists from Amanda are a dish rich in protein, vitamins, and plant fibers, energetic and highly digestible because they contain very few fats and sugars. They are excellent as a first course, but also as a second course or paired with another dish and are ideal for those who love the consumption of noble plant proteins and want to reduce their intake of gluten and meat.
Ingredients: Italian Peeled Red Lentil Flour, pure water. No use of thickeners, colorants, flavor enhancers, or texturizers.
Cooking time: 6/7 minutes simmered from dry with very little water and a pinch of salt. 4 minutes in plenty of salted water + 1 minute in the pan.
Naturally gluten-free, but produced in a facility that uses it.
