The Tutto Frantoiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Il Bottaccio is a monocultivar with a medium fruity taste, obtained from ripe olives skillfully harvested at the right time. A mix of selected Italian cultivars designed to release balanced scents and fragrances.
The Tutto Frantoiano monocultivar is a green extra virgin oil with golden reflections, medium fruity with hints of fresh grass and artichoke leaf. Bitterness and spiciness balanced and harmonized with a pleasant herbal aftertaste.
Supply chain guarantee: this oil is produced with olives grown and harvested on the farm, in the coastal area of the province of Livorno.
To obtain high-quality oils, Il Bottaccio performs manual and/or semi-manual harvesting with particular attention to the selection of olives and the timing of pressing, for which no more than 8 hours are allowed to pass from the harvest.
