The Lardivino of the Vigneto dei Salumi is a unique tasting experience! The artisan craft has driven Walter Ceradini and his collaborators to carry out new and surprising experiments using the particular blend obtained from the aging process of the salami Giulietta or Isabella, which many others would certainly have discarded.

A blend that is quite different from the wine we are used to drinking, a nectar rich in all the aromas and fragrances of the aging, while still maintaining the original aromatic and taste profile of the wine.

A blend that contains traces of salt, which is why it has been renamed Vino Cristallino. The Vino Cristallino is the product of a unique processing in the world, a blend that physically consists of Amarone and Recioto but, spiritually, of knowledge, love, and madness, that is, all those ways of being that guide and inspire the work of the Vigneto dei Salumi.

An ingredient that takes the other products of the Vigneto dei Salumi line by hand, creating something truly unique. The complex fragrances of the Vino Cristallino are immediately perceived on the nose.

Allergens: the content of sulfites is minimal, so it is not considered an allergen.

The Lardivino from the Vigneto dei Salumi can be served on a crouton of warm unsalted bread or on a slice of toasted polenta.

The warmth of the bread will enhance its creaminess, revealing to the palate the complex aromas of aging and refinement in Vino Cristallino.

Tasting notes

In the mouth, the structured saltiness of Vino Cristallino and the characteristic sweetness of lard explode, all accompanied by a light balsamic note conferred by the fresh sprigs of rosemary. A true delicacy made to melt in your mouth!

Lardivino is a chosen lard from the selected Italian heavy pig, aged first for 6-7 months in the cellar and then refined for 60-70 days in Vino Cristallino.
