Miskiglio is a pasta made from durum wheat semolina, broad beans, chickpeas, and barley. The use of 4 different flours is a tradition from Basilicata whose origins date back to the end of the 16th century. It is a handmade strascinato that is then dried in the oven.

The Miskiglio pasta from Agriturismo Parco Verde allows for any type of seasoning: meat, fish, vegetables; although its original recipe is with peperone crusco and cacioricotta, a recipe from the early 1600s and still a typical dish from Lucania.
