It comes from a cuvée of Müller Thurgau, a grape variety that has found its ideal area in the Valle di Cembra, and Riesling Renato, which, thanks to the altitude and particular pedoclimatic conditions, expresses the aromatic and sapid components at their best.
Blend: Müller Thurgau (60%) and Riesling (40%)
Year: 2017

Tasty, mineral, with pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent. It pairs well with meat first courses, fish first courses, cured meats, second courses of fish, and raw fish dishes.
