The BIO chestnut cream by Alpa is a special cream for its aroma and sweet, pleasant taste. It is made only from organic chestnuts with the addition of organic cane sugar.
The artisanal processing, which does not involve the use of colorants and preservatives, allows for the best preservation of the characteristics of the chestnuts, which are roasted and shelled by hand.
The cream is obtained from the processing of the chestnut, a typically autumnal product; however, its production takes place in winter, as the semi-finished product (roasted chestnuts) is made first, which makes the cream even sweeter and tastier.
Origin: The chestnuts are Italian, while the sugar is of non-EU origin.
