The artisanal processing, which does not use colorants or preservatives, allows for the best preservation of the characteristics of the chestnuts, which are roasted and peeled by hand.
The cream is obtained from the processing of 100% Italian chestnuts, a typically autumnal product; however, its production takes place in winter, as the semi-finished product (the roasted chestnuts) is made first, which makes the cream even sweeter and tastier.
Ingredients: Chestnuts (65%), sugar (24%), dark chocolate substitute (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, coconut), cocoa powder with 10-12% cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin from soy, flavors) (10%), natural pectin (1%).
Allergens: a minimal amount of soy is present in the chocolate substitute.
