The products used are whole, medium-sized Italian chestnuts of the highest quality, which undergo a careful slow-cooking process that preserves their organoleptic properties. Peeled and selected for imperfections, they are immersed in rum syrup.

The rum-soaked chestnuts by Alpa are extremely versatile: great to enjoy as a dessert, they become the ideal ingredient for creating sweets with a unique filling (perhaps by crushing them into the dough) and are an excellent pairing with simple-flavored ice creams.
The roasted chestnut remains solid, not mushy. The flavor given by the rum is strong but not annoying.
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production.
Store the package in a dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge (from 0° to 4° C) and consume within two weeks.
