The Dorica Extravirgin Oil "Fruttato Verde" The Bosana Monocultivar is the result of the most careful selection of olives from the Olearia Academy. It is the gustatory and sensory expression of the autochthonous varieties of Sardinia, known for their distinctive aromatic qualities.
The harvest, carried out with the help of mechanical means, is conducted exclusively directly from the tree, without collecting the olives that have fallen to the ground, when the fruit is in a medium ripening stage.
