The Grappa Mazzetti Riserva 18.46 is a distillate obtained from the pomace of the "red" varieties Barbera and Dolcetto, blended to create a perfect suspension, to be enjoyed between the dry and aromatic profiles.
Riserva 18.46 is born from the patient aging in fine woods, from skilled cellar cuts whose name directly refers to the date of the company's founding. It has a very intense aroma and an amber color.
Distillation: with a discontinuous process and subsequent aging for over twelve months in Allier oak barriques. Following extraction, blending occurs and further refining for at least six months in Chestnut barrels.
