The Organic Bean Cream with Truffle by Stefania Calugi is an organic ready-to-use sauce made with 100% Italian cannellini beans and truffle. It is a healthy, safe, traditional product reworked in a modern style.
Beans and truffle are a perfect combination. Beans are a rich and complete food, presenting various nutritional properties: phosphorus, potassium, iron, as well as calcium and vitamins A, B, and C. They contain lecithin which helps reduce cholesterol. Truffle, on the other hand, is rich in antioxidants that help prevent aging, promote digestion, and are a good ally for the cardiovascular system.
