Very pleasant almond sensation and enveloping aroma with typical herbaceous notes from the area. Round flavor with a bitter almond aftertaste, very delicate and suave.
Distilled in copper stills as per tradition with masterful skill.
Clear crystalline color and slightly amber.
Grapes: Arneis from Roero
Alcohol: 40% vol.
Aging: long period in stainless steel tanks
To be savored with dried fruits and dark chocolate that enhance its aroma.
Try it with almond and chocolate dry biscuits.
This grappa is bottled in a special graduated bottle with a simple yet functional design, which has at the end a spout useful for minimizing dripping during pouring.
