Ingredients: Type 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter, pasteurized fresh egg yolks, water, sifted sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, powdered vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands. Filling: Agrimontana candied orange peel cubes (22.50%) (orange peel, fructose-glucose syrup, sugar), Domori dark chocolate (7.10%) (min. 60% cocoa, cocoa nibs, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), candied mandarin and clementine peels (mandarin and clementine peels, sifted sugar, glucose syrup, water).
