Grapes: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
Vineyards: The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the municipalities of Franciacorta, which encompass all the different nuances and essences of the area.
Aging: up to four long years of sacrifices make this cuvée a temptation. A percentage of 10% is aged in small and precious French oak barrels. Subsequently, natural refermentation occurs in the bottle, and then there is aging on the lees for a period of 48 months.
