Grapes: Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Noir 15%, Pinot Bianco 5%
Vineyards: the grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the municipalities of Franciacorta, which encompass all the different nuances and essences of the area.
Aging: ten long years of sacrifice characterize this cuvée with extraordinary freshness. A percentage of 10% is aged in small and fine French oak barrels. Following that, natural refermentation occurs in the bottle, and then aging on the lees for a period of 120 months.
