The Pas Dosè Vintage 180 months Reserve of the Founder Franciacorta DOCG 2005 by Franciacorta Belòne is a wine that expresses the peak of harmony in the utmost expression of the territory.
Grapes: Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Noir 15%, Pinot Blanc 5%
Vineyards: The grapes come exclusively from the vineyards of the municipalities of Franciacorta, which encompass all the different shades and essences of the area.
Aging: Fifteen long years of sacrifices characterize this cuvée with a very complex and evolved structure. A percentage of 10% is aged in small and precious French oak barrels. Subsequently, natural re-fermentation occurs in the bottle, followed by aging on the lees for a period of 180 months.

Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.

Sensory analysis: it interprets the Terroir with its fragrance and aromatic complexity, evoking hints of citrus, almond, and crusty bread. It is an intense wine, significant on the palate, with a rich structure and well-defined freshness alongside a savory minerality. It has excellent taste-olfactory persistence that gives this wine power and nobility.
